Hackaday.io - 2015 - 2016 Hackaday Prize Evangelist, Austin, TX
➢       Managed a $300,000 cash prize technology competition for ideas that change the world, operating in 64 countries and generated 1000+ entries during 5 month period to capture marketing and event performance data.
➢       Developing and executing local community events by building partnerships and sponsorships.
➢       Developed internal network channels to manage all areas of PR, Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, Social Media, Integrated Marketing, Brand, Marketing Operations and IT to execute plans.
➢       Experience planning conferences, venue selection, audio/visuals, catering, employee correspondence and logistics.
➢       Collaborating with internal brand team and outside vendors for creative signage, marketing and content materials.
➢       Managed shipments, decor, setup/breakdown of events in addition to the flow of speakers and attendees.

Elance-oDesk - 2013-2015 - SoCal Regional Marketing Evangelist - CA
➢       Engaged local community to design, develop and market entire product and raise $230,000 successfully on Kickstarter using freelancers, promoting the Elance-oDesk brand as part of local product innovation campaign. www.snapjet.com
➢       Produced a series of unique campaigns to promote SAAS platform: $50 startup competition, Race to Success, Fireside chat about freelancing with team SnapJet and streamed via live radio podcast and more recently SoundCloud.
➢       Managed all brand assets and outreach programs within the SoCal region, communicated back to HQ
➢       Built the startup www.Trade-off.co on StartupBus, a 3 day, 3,000km bus ride from SF to Austin, TX to launch at SXSW.
➢       Received bonus for encouraging the most weekly conversions through promotion.
➢       Reported feedback in to West Coast team using Outlook, JIRA and Smartsheet while managing budget and time constraints.

➢       Fulfilled a broad range of duties including Technical support, Systems Administration, (SQLDBA), Hardware configuration, Training, Documentation Bug Testing, for Superior Courts, Fire Fighters, Police, County Jails.
➢       Supported over $2 Billion payroll and cost accounting transactions each year.
➢       Developed Inventory process for managing and tracking shipments.
 

WirelessAppz Feb 2009 - July 2015 - Designer UI/UX/IA - Costa Mesa, CA
➢       Designed 912 Alerts – An alert notification system to send GPS location information via a shortened URL embedded in an SMS to immediate contacts during emergency situations.
➢       Researched User Interface Design, Create UX, platforms for IA
➢       Designed 'VolunteerMatch' – A geo-location based mobile app that connects volunteers to non-profits via SMS during HackforLA competition winning $2,500 purse.
 

LA Fitness Corporate Inc – 2004 – January 2009 - Senior Support Tech - Irvine, CA
Based out of Corporate office, I provided troubleshooting and support on 200+ software applications for a spectrum of 10,000+ users on all different levels, ranging from shareholders, VP, CEO, CFO, CIO, to onsite receptionists, kids club employees and customers.
➢       Provided Hardware support for Chip PC’s, DMX media control center, POS equipment, receipt printers, barcode scanners, drivers licenses readers, ACH Cheque/credit card readers, HP Printers, HP Slimclients, Topaz/Interlink Epad Signature pads, webcams, ELO Touchscreen monitors, Xerox multifunction printers at the clubs.
➢       Telecom support for Asterix VOIP Eyebeam softphones and Polycom hardphones, installation, migration and support.
➢       Active Directory, Altiris, Boldchat, Calling Circle, Ceridian, DameWare, Ecopy, MS Great Plains, Papersave, Remote Portal, VNC, MS Sharepoint.
➢       Provided detailed design documentation and validation of Intranet software along with training, administration and support.
➢       Project Management, including Designing and managed shipping and inventory system.
➢       Developed business relationship with vendors HP, Xerox, IBM, Dell, Compaq, Gurus2Go, AT&T and more.
➢       Worked with AT&T on network down circuit failures with AT&T for MPLS Managed router support.
